Cynthia Baer is the founder and head trainer at Baers K9 Academy. With a patient, intuitive approach, she specializes in transforming puppies, rescue dogs, anxious dogs, and high-energy breeds into calm, obedient, confident companions.

Her in-home training sessions focus not only on your dog but on educating you as an owner — giving you the tools to build a lasting, trusting relationship with your pet.

Meet Haley

Haley grew up surrounded by Labs and German Shepherds, which gave her a deep understanding of how vital dogs are to the family unit.

She began her professional career at Petco in 2021 and transitioned into full-time training in 2022.

Since joining us a month ago, she has been ready to bring her passion and expertise to your pups!
